Incorporated in 2004, in Frankfurt/Main, the highly experienced management team has launched mezzanine capital funds for investments into medium-sized companies.

Since April 2010 M Cap Finance is the fund manager of "Mittelstandsfonds für Deutschland" and provides established medium-sized companies mezzanine capital either as participation rights or direct equity investments.
